It won’t be a surprise to hear that societies and their inherent relationships don’t have the same disposition as they used to have. Instead of a direct community wherein exists all our social relationships, as in a village, we now live in an age of networks where our social interactions are more spread out among various circles. We have a network of colleagues, a network of friends, a family network, a network of neighbors, and all the other social circles we find ourselves involved in. I would like to discuss how we could potentially take advantage of this situation when it comes to fundraising. It can be more simple and effective once we know how to tap into these networks.
